Vascular Surgeon

Dr. Steven A. Hutchinson is a double board-certified surgeon in general surgery and vascular surgery. As a peripheral vascular surgeon, Dr. Hutchinson helps patients with conditions that pertain to the circulatory system outside of the heart, using the latest surgical methods for aneurysms, strokes and carotid arteries.

Dr Hutchinson is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita, General Surgery Residency program and chairman at the Kansas Heart Hospital. He is also a member of multiple societies including Society for Vascular Surgery, Kansas Medical Society, and former board member of Medical Society of Sedgwick County.

“I’m as enthusiastic about patient care and repairing circulatory issues as I was when I was in training. I’m a big believer in giving my patients as much of my time as they need to feel comfortable —to help them go from fear and unknown to a clear path forward.”
